Burns Night is celebrated each year in Scotland to mark the birth of Scotland's national bard, Robert Burns. Traditionally everyone enjoys a hearty meal consisting of haggis, neeps and tatties. Some of Robert Burns' poems and songs are recited including the "Selkirk Grace" and the "Address to a Haggis".
